Plekhanov University in Dubai has announced a new tuition-free grant program for outstanding students. This initiative targets applicants who excel in their entrance exams and achieve high scores in their final school exams, along with demonstrating notable individual achievements.
“Plekhanov University is the first economic university in Russia. We are used to being leaders in everything—from implementing advanced technologies to realizing national sustainable development programs. That is why we are now launching a tuition-free grant program for the most talented applicants. The university is interested in attracting outstanding youth and is ready to cover the tuition fees for such applicants,” said Svetlana Malkarova, Chairperson of Plekhanov University in Dubai.
The university, which aims to blend the traditions of Russian education with innovative approaches, is committed to training highly qualified specialists for the global labor market. Students will benefit from a cutting-edge campus in Dubai, featuring advanced laboratories, comfortable dormitories, and the opportunity to earn dual diplomas from Russia and the UAE.
The application period for this grant started on May 15 and will continue until July 31. While the education is generally fee-based, the university offers a flexible discount system. Notably, Russians can avail a 10% discount on tuition until June 30, UAE citizens receive a 15% discount, and those using an Esaad card can benefit from a 30% discount.
