Hossein Ahmed Hashemi, an Iranian expatriate, has won the grand prize of Dh10 million in the Big Ticket raffle draw, as announced by Big Ticket. Hashemi’s winning ticket was part of series 263, with the draw held on June 3.
Big Ticket had temporarily halted operations in April to comply with new directives from the UAE’s Gaming Regulatory Authority but resumed the draw in June.
