Candidates are required to have over a year’s experience in hospitality or customer service and must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to deliver outstanding service in a multicultural team environment. The basic educational requirement is a high school diploma, and fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages considered a plus.
Applicants must be at least 160cm tall, capable of reaching 212cm on tiptoes, which is essential for accessing emergency equipment on aircraft. Visible tattoos are not permitted while in uniform, and candidates must conform to the UAE’s employment visa stipulations.
The role offers a competitive salary package that includes a fixed basic salary of Dh4,430 per month, hourly flying pay of Dh63.75, and an overseas meal allowance, leading to an average total monthly pay of approximately Dh10,170. Additional benefits include meal allowances for night stops, paid in arrears, and company-provided hotel accommodation and airport transport.
