Waves of pop culture fans attended the Free Comic Book Day & Star Wars Day community meet-up at the Dubai Outlet Mall last May 4, 2024! Organized by the BST Community and powered by Comicave, Rove Hotels, and Middle East Film & Comicon, enthusiasts from far and wide converged for an unforgettable celebration of all things geeky and wonderful!
The event was attended by more than 50 exhibitors, showcasing their collections ranging from comic books, die-cast cars, Funko pops, anime figures, superhero collectibles, gaming and trading cards, designer toy enthusiasts, apparel, mugs, rugs, and other novelty items, making the event a treasure trove of nostalgia and excitement that left attendees buzzing with joy and anticipation.
In addition to the prizes and raffles, attendees could collect FREE comics, witness Lego live builds and Star Wars display sets, play tabletop gaming, interact with international comic book talents, attend a Dragonball tribute, and compete in a globally accredited Magic: The Gathering tournament! During the event, the organizing team also showcased Exclusive product reveals from Filipino toy designer Rlux Customs as additional content for the show.
