SB19 has dropped a new track just in time for the summer season. Their latest single, “Moonlight,” is a collaboration with US-based DJ Ian Asher and Chinese electronic producer Terry Zhong.
The group teased fans with a preview of the music video, set for release on Friday evening. Directed by SB19 member Justin De Dios, the MV promises to be a visual treat.
In a press statement, SB19 expressed their excitement about working with Asher and Zhong. “We’ve met Ian Asher during our tour in the US, and we were surprised at how talented and prolific he is at such a young age,” the group shared. “This kind of music is new to us. The collaboration really brought out the best of all worlds, and being part of the process really opened our creative realm to exciting new possibilities.”
“Moonlight” marks SB19’s first release since the viral hit “GENTO” in 2023, which took TikTok and other platforms in the Philippines and Asia by storm.
Fresh from their successful “PAGTATAG!” World Tour in Dubai and Japan, SB19 is gearing up for a two-day concert in Manila on May 18 and 19 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Fans can expect a spectacular showcase of their latest hit along with their greatest hits.
