The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts fair to partly cloudy weather for the UAE on Monday. Expectations suggest a potential for cloud cover towards the west in the afternoon and spreading over some northern and eastern areas by nightfall and into Tuesday morning.
While there’s a chance of light to moderate rainfall, NCM experts have assured the public that the situation is not cause for alarm, indicating that the expected rainfall won’t match the intensity of last week’s historic event, which marked the most significant rainfall in 75 years.
Temperature-wise, internal areas might see highs of 40ºC, with mountainous regions dipping to lows of 13ºC. Abu Dhabi and Dubai are projected to experience maximum temperatures of 35ºC and 36ºC, respectively, and minimum temperatures around 20ºC and 22ºC.
NCM also predicts light to moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds, shifting to northwesterly by early Tuesday, occasionally freshening. Sea conditions are expected to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
