The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai has announced that it will remain fully operational despite the challenging inclement weather conditions, ensuring no disruption to the services for the Filipino community in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
“Recognizing the potential impact of the weather on the mobility of our clients, we are committed to remaining open to serve the public on the 16th and 17th of April, 2024,” stated the Consulate in its latest advisory.
The Consulate further emphasized its dedication to the welfare of its clients, stating, “The Consulate places great importance on the welfare of its clients,” and ensuring flexibility for those affected by the weather. “Applicants with appointments who are unable to come to the Consulate for their transactions will be accommodated on any other working day until April 30, 2024.”
Applicants seeking to avail themselves of the extended service period must bring their original appointment confirmations as proof of their previously scheduled visits.
In cases of emergencies, the Consulate has reassured the community that assistance is readily available. “Those requiring emergency assistance may contact the following numbers,” the advisory reads, listing dedicated lines for consular matters and assistance to nationals, including migrant workers.
