Dubai immigration announces special Ramadan operating hours for service centres

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced its service centres’ operating hours during the holy month of Ramadan. In line with the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR)’s announcement of reduced working hours for government employees, GDRFA centres will be open from 9 am to 5 pm daily, with modified hours on Fridays.

During Ramadan, customers can visit the main GDRFA building in Al Jafiliya, Al Manara Centre, the new Al Twar Centre, and other external centres from 9 am to 5 pm on all days except Fridays. On Fridays, the centres will operate from 9 am to 12 pm and then from 2 pm to 5 pm to accommodate worshippers.

To ensure that customers have access to services at all hours, the Customer Happiness Centre – Airport services Terminal 3 will continue to operate 24/7. Furthermore, GDRFA has made its services available through smart applications and its website, allowing customers to access them from anywhere at any time.

Additionally, the Customer Happiness Centre in Al Aweer will welcome customers from 6 am to 10 pm every day, ensuring extended support for their needs during the holy month.
