Dubai’s highly anticipated annual health and wellness festival, Active on the Beach, is thrilled to invite the fitness community for a joyous reunion on Sunday 25th February 2024. Open to all, this one-day beach festival at the iconic Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah offers complimentary access to a feast of all things fitness, wellbeing and fun.
Now in its third consecutive year, Active on the Beach promises an action-packed itinerary, featuring an à la carte of fitness activities from morning to sunset. The festival encourages active engagement, inviting all attendees to participate in invigorating back-to-back live workouts including High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), yoga, Pilates, transformative group meditations and mindfulness workshops for a hands-on experience of each activity.
Leading these fitness classes are some of the Middle East’s top fitness influencers, trainers and wellness experts. The line-up includes husband and wife duo Micheal and Vivienne Addo, popularly known as MrandMrsMuscle across social media with over 3 million followers, Health & Fitness Coach, Motivational Speaker, Fitness TikTok Sensation and Entrepreneur, Dina Sari Taji, Senior Pilates Teacher at MyCore Studios, Anesti Mano, and renowned Nutrition and Gut Specialist, Mary Cristine.

New to this year, there will be a dedicated children’s area for families which includes a bouncy castle, climbing frame, art and craft tent, face painting and balloon bending as well as a visit from the Kempinski Titan Tikes Mascot.
