Today, September 5, a total of 99 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) arrived safely at NAIA Terminal 3 on Flight QR934. The group consisted of 20 OFWs from Lebanon and 79 OFWs, along with their five dependents, from Kuwait.
The returning OFWs were warmly welcomed by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), who provided immediate assistance, including meals, transportation, and hotel accommodations when necessary. Efforts were also made to ensure the repatriated Filipinos could return to their home provinces as quickly as possible.
The government continues its repatriation efforts to help OFWs who wish to return to the Philippines, especially those who have faced difficulties abroad.
