In a tragic incident on Thursday afternoon, 36-year-old businessman Andy Delapierre was shot dead by a lone assailant in Quezon City.
Delapierre was in his shop in Barangay Holy Spirit, arranging computers, when the assailant, described as an unidentified man wearing a crash helmet, jacket, pants, and black shoes, arrived.
According to police investigators, the assailant shot Delapierre with a handgun of unknown caliber around 5:54 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing the suspect fleeing the scene on a motorcycle.
At the crime scene, police recovered deformed bullets and a cartridge case, aiding ongoing investigations into the assailant’s identity and motive.
